1. Service Description

B4TheyGo Construction Consulting LLC provides remote, photo-based punch list review services for homeowners. Our service consists of reviewing photographs you upload and identifying visible issues that may warrant discussion with your contractor before final payment. This service is informational only and designed to help you make informed decisions before releasing final payment.

2. Not a Licensed Inspection

B4TheyGo is not a licensed home inspector and does not perform professional home inspections. Our service is a photo-based review only and should not be mistaken for or relied upon as a substitute for a professional inspection by a licensed home inspector.

3. Limitations of Service

Our punch list reviews are specifically limited to visible issues shown in submitted photographs. We do not:

• Perform in-person inspections or invasive investigations
• Assess structural integrity or safety
• Evaluate compliance with building codes or regulations
• Identify hidden, latent, or inaccessible defects
• Test any systems, utilities, or mechanical equipment
• Provide professional engineering or architectural opinions
• Guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all visible issues
• Assess contractor workmanship quality or reliability

4. Photo Quality and Submission

You agree to submit clear, well-lit photos relevant to areas you wish reviewed. We reserve the right to request additional or clarified images if submitted photos are unclear or insufficient. Reviews are based solely on the information visible in your photos.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service submission. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless:

• The service was not provided as described
• A technical error prevented service delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you submit. We retain ownership of our analysis, report format, and recommendations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our reports without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B4TheyGo Construction Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our service for illegal purposes, to submit false information, or to attempt to circumvent our service terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

9. Consult Licensed Professionals

For concerns about specific systems, code compliance, structural issues, or other professional matters, you should consult with appropriately licensed professionals including home inspectors, structural engineers, contractors, or other specialists. B4TheyGo's photo-based review does not replace professional inspections or expert evaluation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Oklahoma.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
